RD Software Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Flag Painter: World Quiz (the "App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) directly from you. The App does not require user accounts, names, or email addresses to function.

2. Third-Party Services and Data Collection

While we do not collect data directly, our App uses the Google AdMob SDK to display advertisements. To function, AdMob may automatically collect certain information:

  • Device Identifiers: Such as IP address and advertising ID (GAID).
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with ads.

Children's Privacy Compliance: Because this App targets children, we have configured the AdMob SDK to:

  • Serve only non-personalized or "Families-compatible" ads.
  • Disable interest-based advertising and remarketing.
  • Comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Our App is designed for a general audience, including children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. We will take steps to delete such information from our records.

4. Permissions

The App may request standard permissions to function, such as:

  • Internet Access: To load flag data and display ads.
  • Vibration/Haptics: To provide tactile feedback during gameplay.

Since we do not collect personal data, we do not store or retain any personal information on our servers.

Depending on your location (e.g., EU/UK under GDPR), you have rights regarding your data. Since we only use the AdMob SDK, you can manage your privacy settings through your device's Android settings (e.g., "Reset Advertising ID" or "Opt-out of Ads Personalization").
